The hotel was special, and fairly clean, and the location was particularly good to ferries. We booked king studio with the extra table outside to get a coffee with an extraordinary view as well as an extraordinary view...

My studio room was a lovely oasis with a private terrace that offered a fine view of the harbor. Breakfast was good, with homemade dishes and fresh juices. The warm hospitality from Mary.
Nothing to complain about.

fine views and great service in Patitiri 🌊
Waking up to that amazing view every morning was just legend! Maria and the crew were super friendly, really went out of their way to. Breakfast was a proper treat with fresh yogurt and sweet honey, we couldn't get enough!
Only bummer was the shower head didn't attach to the wall, a bit of a hassle while trying to wash up.

The Double Room with Sea View was amazing! The view was amazing. The room was spacious and super clean, and the shower felt very nice. Loved the stylish design throughout the hotel. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight with those lovely views. Just wish there was a kettle in the room. The air conditioning could have been better, it struggled a bit during the hottest parts of the day. But overall, a really comfy stay!

Despite the beauty of the place, the air conditioning in our room was underwhelming, failing to adequately cool during the peak heat of the day.

Just a solid selection for a date night in Patitiri with value for price. The sea view from the balcony was fine, making breakfast a real treat. Make sure to ask for a refurbished room if possible.

The sea view from the Double Room with Sea View provided a amazing backdrop that turned every morning into something special. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the shimmering sea was a highlight of my stay.
Access by car is restricted to certain hours, which can complicate things if you want to leave or arrive outside those windows. The air-conditioning in our Double Room malfunctioned during hot days, struggling to cool effectively despite claims it had been checked by an expert. It was only adequate during the night.

The air conditioning struggled during hot days, only providing adequate cooling at night. There were instances of cleanliness issues in the room, and the breakfast options were rather bland, mostly consisting of pastries without much variety. A kettle in the room would have been a nice touch to enjoy some tea or coffee in the morning, too.
